How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Jemella ships worldwide.

Will I need to pay customs duties?
International orders may be subject to custom duties or taxes determined by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.

Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement.

What materials are used?

Can I wear my jewellery in water? 
Our pieces are suitable for everyday wear and are resistant to moisture though prolonged exposure to chlorinated or salt water is not recommended.
